Refund policy

If there are any issues with the delivery fulfillment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please call our office at (215) 836-2848 to report any issues.

In the case of any disposable products, each item is sterile sealed and cannot be returned once opened or exposed to a patient's room environment.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
